Important Notes:

• Guests must complete a safety waiver upon arrival. No admission fee is required unless they stay past the party time, in which case a $8 fee will apply.
• Choose between two private party spaces: one heated and enclosed, the other outdoors, both with picnic tables.
• Feel free to bring food and drinks (no glass containers).
• Decorations are allowed; however, all balloons must be weighted down. No confetti.
• Each guest will receive a panning bucket, and our knowledgeable staff will assist with panning and identifying treasures.
• You may arrive 15-20 minutes early for setup and have 10 minutes after the event for cleanup. An $75 fee will apply if the area is used beyond the cleanup time.
• Invoices are issued upon booking and must be paid within 24 hours. The remaining balance is due on the event day and must be paid before departure to avoid a late fee

Field Trips & Group Rates

Each panning adventure offers a hands-on, educational experience for your group. Our expert staff will guide your class through the process of panning, helping them identify all the gems and fossils they uncover. It’s an exciting way to spark curiosity and bring science to life!

In addition to panning, your group will have access to our man-made mineral caves and playgrounds, providing even more opportunities for fun and exploration. You’re welcome to bring lunch and enjoy a picnic in our designated areas.

This experience is perfect for schools, church groups, and track-out camps, offering both education and recreation all in one place.

Pricing is just $10 per person, with a minimum of 20 participants (smaller groups, please contact us for more details).

Please note: Field trips must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability.
