How the Party Works
Simple, Fun, and Easy to Follow
Here’s the basic flow so parents know what to expect before, during, and after the party.

Arrive & Set Up
You may arrive 15–20 minutes early to decorate and set up your party area.

Guests Check In
Guests complete a safety waiver upon arrival before starting the party activities.

Start Panning
Each guest receives a bucket and our staff helps with panning and treasure identification.

Food, Gifts & Celebration
Bring your own food and drinks, enjoy cake, open gifts, and celebrate together. No glass containers.

Wrap Up & Cleanup
You’ll have 10 minutes after the event to clean up the party area.
Important Party Notes
The Parent Need-to-Know Stuff
Short, clear details so booking feels easy and nobody gets surprised on party day.
Admission Fee
No admission fee is required for party guests unless they stay past the party time. If they stay longer, the $8 property access fee applies.
Waivers
Guests must complete a safety waiver upon arrival before participating in party activities.
Food & Drinks
You may bring food and drinks for your party. No glass containers are allowed.
Decorations
Decorations are welcome. Balloons must be weighted down. Please do not bring confetti.
Setup & Cleanup
You may arrive 15–20 minutes early for setup and will have 10 minutes after the event for cleanup.
Extra Time Fee
A $75 fee applies if the party area is used beyond the cleanup time.
Payment
Invoices are issued upon booking and must be paid within 24 hours. The remaining balance is due on the event day before departure to avoid a late fee.
